Amazing Attention Seeking And Evading Dream Houses
House Baetens from Holland
It is as if the wood panelling would have been more appropriate inside the house rather than outside, it gives you a felling that something is amiss yet it is overall a very good house , I just love the shape of the roof. Link
House Ijburgh
Mark Koelher has designed this house in Amsterdam, it is as if it has had bits falling off in the buildingprocess. link
Beach House-Japan
It is just so monolithic and simple but yet vey attractive to look at. Link
Concrete House
It is hard to love concrete as a design material just because so many of the worst buildings in the 1950s and 60s were made of that substance. The Good thing is that this housr is very light filled just because it has windows above, maybe concrete does not have to be ugly- it is a triumph of modern architechture building. via
House Boat
This by far the best house boat ever built, it could be a luxury yatch. via Link
Ocho House-California
Great Design to take advantage of the mountainous locations, The interior has a lot of wood to and glass, it is spectacular , You can always tell an American house by its proclavity towards wood. Via Decojornal
Monaco Consul House Melbourne Australia.

There is no doubt that you need to look slosely at this futuristic house but it has to be said that, if Picasso was ever an architecht he would built something like this house. Link
Nicholas Burns, Joanna House Australia
I like this house becaue it fits in to the landscape, gives spectacular views without drawing too much attention to itself and fits the environment. via
Reversible Lofts, Japan
This is a very unique set of lofts I wonder what the take up rate is given that it is not exactly a place for the old and kids do not have the budget to buy houses. via Pink Tentacle
Queen Anne Residence
The design is so simple yet very attractive It was designed by Jim Burton. It is one of the few USA entries in this I got this via Freshome
19th Century Terrace Sydney House

For some reason, the there is a lot of adventure in Australia as witnessed by this house in Sydney. It is a mixture of the modern with the genteelity of the past, it is stuning
, you have to love the mordernist interior design and how it contrasts with the period on this dream house. via Desire to inspire
Three Stoey Sound Proof Buliding, Sheffield England
This is a soundproof music room with a rubber covering, well I guess it is there to do a job but I think it is a novelty house, more could have been made to make it exciting , It was designed by Carey Jones .
Whistler Cay Residence, British Columbia, Canada
I think this is a stunning design which fits in well with it surroundings and almosts evades attention but it is still eye catching. I got it via the Contemporist.
Eco Rotatating Dome House
I often think that we are frawing in the enviromental propaganda pool, but if the eco -friendly crowd wants to produce more houses like these, I will be fore them this is a stunning design and it rotates to maximise the exposure of sun panels to daylight. I have seen a number of innovative dome houses but this is one of the best. Designed By Solayela
Twin-Brick House Japan
This house with two wings is nothing short of spectacular, it really should not be able to work but is is a play on contrasts, I love the use of light and shades, you have to say that the japanese have ot been wasting time and they have bheen adventurous. Via Busyboo
Interior Exterior Interplay House Japan
From Japan with love , This is a disturning design just because it leaves you wondering where the interior is and where the exterior is celebrate Japan! It works well with the minamalist interior deisgn and I do not think it can work in clutter.
My other blog rocks please check it out.
